In brief
In brief
Motivation is unreliable when sleep, mood, pain or stress is changing. Do not wait for enthusiasm. Choose a two-minute entry that is physically safe today: put on your shoes, fill a water bottle, walk to the end of the road, or complete the warm-up only. You are allowed to stop after the entry.
- Remove one obstacle now: clear the floor, place clothes out or open the session before you need it.
- Choose the minimum version in advance so you do not negotiate while tired.
- Use a visible finish line such as five minutes or one round, then decide whether to continue.
- Record showing up separately from performance. A lighter session still preserves the relationship with the habit.
