Accounts and Data

GlowUp includes in-app account deletion from Settings. If you cannot access your account or need help with a privacy-related request, contact us from the email address connected to your account when possible.

Subscriptions and Billing

GlowUp subscriptions are handled through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

If your purchase does not activate correctly in GlowUp, email us with your account email and a brief description of the issue.
