1. Using the Service
GlowUp provides personalized beginner fitness planning, workout guidance, habit tracking, and subscription-based access through a mobile application. You may use GlowUp only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
2. Health and Safety Disclaimer
GlowUp is a fitness guidance tool, not medical advice. Always use your own judgment and consider consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, have a medical condition, or have concerns about exercise.
- You participate in workouts at your own risk.
- You should stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, illness, or unusual discomfort.
- GlowUp does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, or weight-loss outcome.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.
4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
GlowUp offers subscription access through Apple's App Store. Subscription details shown in the app may vary by territory, offer, and App Store configuration.
- If a free trial is offered, eligibility and duration are determined by Apple and shown before purchase confirmation.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged the amount shown on the App Store purchase screen at the time Apple confirms the transaction.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by GlowUp.
5. Apple Terms and License
If you downloaded GlowUp from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to any applicable Apple terms. Unless a separate custom license is provided, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms.
GlowUp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use GlowUp for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits it.
- Interfere with the app, its servers, or related systems.
- Share access in a way that bypasses subscription or account controls.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information in connection with the service.
7. AI-Generated Plans
GlowUp uses AI to generate workout plans. While we aim for helpful and beginner-friendly guidance, AI-generated content can contain mistakes, omissions, or recommendations that may not be suitable for every person or circumstance.
You remain responsible for deciding whether any workout or recommendation is appropriate for you.
8. Intellectual Property
GlowUp, including its text, design, branding, artwork, workout presentation, and app content, is owned by GlowUp or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the service or its content.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to GlowUp if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using GlowUp at any time and may delete your account from within the app.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowUp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowUp and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, it will be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and may notify users through the app where appropriate.
