In brief
In brief
Open a private note and use today’s date. Do not record everything you have ever felt. Capture what changed, its impact and any context that may help. A short repeated note can make a clinical conversation clearer and help you notice whether a treatment or routine is changing the pattern.
- What happened: for example, two night sweats, sudden anxiety, joint pain or heavier bleeding.
- When and how long: approximate timing is enough.
- Impact: woke me, stopped training, affected work, painful during sex or manageable.
- Context: period day if known, new medicine, missed meal, alcohol, illness, unusual stress or nothing obvious.
- What you need next: watch, ask at an appointment, or seek prompt help.
